When you find your desired property, the Susan Chell Team will put their strong negotiation skills to work, helping you secure your home. We will handle all the paperwork, communicate with the listing agent or home owner, and ensure that your best interests are looked after.
Once your offer has been accepted, the Susan Chell Team will help you to fulfill any conditions of your offer. We will set up a building inspection of the property if need be, and deliver copies of the agreement to your selected lawyer, and your mortgage broker or bank. Our network of contacts will be at your disposal, including numerous lawyers, building inspectors, mortgage specialists, and so on.
