Initial meeting

The Team will begin by giving you an overview of how we work our commitment credentials and qualifications. We will then view your home and make a comparison of your home to other similar properties which have recently listed or sold to determine an appropriate market price for your home.

Preparation and Marketing

Susan will work with you to develop a unique marketing program, catered specifically to your needs and goals. This plan may include bringing in a home stager to offer advice on how to best stage your home. Our professional photographer will come in to take photos and produce a virtual tour, and our team will create specialized flyers that are delivered to your target market. Customized feature sheets will be printed, and more. In addition Susan will promote your home through her Team’s vast network of agents and qualified buyers.


Once your property is put on the MLS system the work doesn’t stop there. The Susan Chell Team will keep you updated with all feedback pertaining to your listing. When an offer comes in, we will handle the paperwork for you, and advise you on the best negotiation strategy to ensure that you are able to obtain top dollar for your home. After accepting an offer, we will guide you through fulfilling its terms, and ensure the deal goes as smoothly as possible for you.
